A car accident in Birmingham

On 4th of April, a 24-year-old chinese (Xuanwei Zhang) crushed by a Police Car at around 7pm in Newtown shopping centre when he went across the street. The Police Car was with no license plate but was on duty period. Xuanwei Zhang was quickly taken to hospital, where he died from his injuries. It have been in touch with his parent. Hope the decedent's soul would be at peace.
